TAMPA, FL-Colliers International Tampa Bay has recently brokered the sale of a warehouse facility on Anderson Road in Tampa. Monument Leasing Co. has sold the 25,800-square-foot warehouse at 7902 Anderson Road for $1.065 million, or $41.28 per square foot.
The buyer was 7902 Anderson Road Crossings LLC, which has plans to occupy the facility after renovation. In the deal, the seller was represented by Colliers' Jan Boltres and the buyer was represented by European Equities' John Anderson. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
