BOCA RATON, FL-A subsidiary of DRA Adivsors has acquired Polo Club Shoppes, a 127,000-square-foot retail property in Boca Raton, for $28.5 million. The seller was a subsidiary of BlackRock Realty Advisors. A statement on DRA's website said that the purchase was made by DRA Growth and Income Fund VII.
