
CHICAGO-According to sources, Jones Lang LaSalle has been hired to market a 31-story office tower situated at 225 W. Wacker Drive, which was acquired by J. P. Morgan Chase & Co. in 2003 for $153 million. The 650,812-square-foot building could fetch a price of $175 million, or $270 per square foot or more. It is anticipated to be placed for sale in 2013.
