NEW YORK CITY-New York University may acquire entire or part of One Park Avenue, where the NYU Langone Medical Center leases 367,584 square feet. In 2011, the center increased its lease space from approximately 180,000 square feet to the current level. It is given rights to rent other floors in the 20-story office tower spanning 933,315 square feet between East 32nd and 33rd streets.
