BRADFORD, UK-Meyer Bergman has entered into an agreement to acquire the Westfield Group's interest in Bradford center, a GBP 260 million retail development. Once the deal is completed, Meyer Bergman will own the Bradford site and will hand over the development and leasing roles of the project to Westfield. The project will feature a 550,000-square-foot retail center with Next, Marks & Spencer, and Debenhams as anchor tenants.
