FRANKLIN, WI-Advanced Chemical Systems Inc., a water technology company based in Milwaukee, will relocate to Franklin in January. The company has purchased a 68,900-square-foot building at 9640 S. 60th St. with plans to expand its product development.
Advanced Chemical will occupy nearly 25,000 square feet at the new facility and lease the remaining space to tenants. The company paid $275,000 for the building.
