PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI-Supervalu Inc., based in Eden Prairie, is selling its Midwest distribution facility to Meijer Inc., a retailer based in Michigan. The distribution center, which measures 580,000 square feet, is situated in Pleasant Prairie, near Kenosha.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Meijer is preparing to enter the Wisconsin market by opening stores in 2014.
