RESTON, VA-Vornado Realty Trust has inked an agreement to sell Reston Executive Center, a three-building office complex, to an undisclosed buyer for $126 million or approximately $255 per square foot. CBRE's Rob Faktorow is handling the sale of the property spanning 494,000 square feet. The company finalized the deal prior to a debt expiration in January 2013.
