SOUTHAMPTON, UK-Terrace Hill's joint venture with Osborne has signed conditional agreements with Legal & General Property regarding the forward funding as well as the sale of a 1,104-unit student housing project in Southampton city center. The student accommodation development, situated in the City center, is entirely pre-leased to the University of Southampton for 38 years.
