
HOUSTON-Charlotte-based Crescent Resources LLC has bought 993 acres of land in northeast Houston for a mixed-use community. The property is located in the Humble Independent School District.
Crescent Resources will build a master-planned community comprising 540 apartment homes, 2,259 single-family homes, 50 acres for commercial and retail uses and 40 acres for a future school.
