JUPITER, FL-As reported in public records, an affiliate of Capital Seniors Housing based in Washington, DC, has paid $28.5 million to buy St. Joseph's Assisted Living facility situated in Jupiter. Chicago-based Focus Healthcare Partners was the seller of the 120-unit facility located on a 4.3-acre site at 350 Bush Road. The manager of the property is Arbor Company.
