NASHVILLE-The old Music City Dodge building, situated near the interchange of the Interstate-24/Interstate-40, has come under new ownership. Davidson County property records revealed that Speedway LLC, an affiliate of Marathon Petroleum Corporation, has purchased the 23,000-square-foot building at 710 Murfreesboro Pike.
Music City Partners was the seller. The Tennessean reported that Speedway is planning to open a gas station at the 3.3-acre site. The Murfreesboro Pike property earlier sold in 2008 for $1.2 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
