PORTLAND, OR-Gevurtz Menashe, a family law firm, is relocating from U.S. Bancorp Tower to the Fleischner-Mayer building in Old Town/Chinatown. Shareholders in the law firm bought the 38,000-square-foot building and an adjacent parking lot for $6 million from the Bill Naito Co. The building is located at 115 N.W. First Ave.

Gevurtz Menashe is planning to move to the Fleischner-Mayer building after completing a renovation in February. Apex Real Estate Partners and Melvin Mark Brokerage Co. negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyers. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
