MANNHEIM, GERMANY-HAMBORNER REIT AG has inked an agreement to purchase an office and retail property in Karlsruhe. The company signed the purchase deal following its acquisition of the OBI store in Hamburg and the E-Center in Tubingen.
HAMBORNER REIT has agreed to purchase the complex measuring approximately 161,458 square feet on Ruppurrer Strasse 1. EDEKA operates a supermarket on the ground floor and top floors are home to medical practices, offices and catering establishments. The acquisition price is about EUR 37 million.
