MINNEAPOLIS-Artis Real Estate Investment Trust has acquired an 11-building industrial portfolio in the Twin Cities market for $96.6 million. The 1.98-million-square-foot package was sold by Prologis Inc.
The properties include 451 Industrial Blvd. W., 1301 Industrial Blvd. and 2601 49th Ave. N. in Minneapolis; 2360 Pilot Knob Road, 1170 Eagan Blvd. and 3025 Lunar Lane in Eagan; 13310 Industrial Park Blvd. and 13100 12th Ave. N. in Plymouth; 1930 Energy Park Drive in St. Paul; and 2401 Edgewood Ave. S. in St. Louis Park.
