AUSTIN, TX-The Austin Business Journal reported that Crescent Resources, a real estate company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, has sold Circle West Campus, a 176-unit student apartment community in Austin, to an undisclosed buyer for $46.8 million. The student housing complex is situated near the campus of the University of Texas at Austin.
