MEQUON, WI-Milwaukee Protestant Home has sold the Newcastle Place senior housing complex in Mequon for an amount of $49.1 million. The 229-unit property was purchased by Des Moines, Iowa-based LCS. Milwaukee Protestant Home will use the proceeds for renovation work at its Eastcastle Place in Milwaukee.
