ROME, GA-Binswanger's Atlanta office has closed the sale of an old Mohawk Industries facility in Rome, Georgia. Hampton, New Hampshire-based Foss Manufacturing has bought the industrial building spanning 220,569 square feet on Huffaker Road from Mohawk Industries.
The single-story building sits on 47 acres of land. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but David Barber of Binswanger told Commercial Property Executive that the sale was closed between $10 and $20 per square foot.
