SAN DIEGO-Keire SDA LLC has picked up an industrial building in Miramar for $10.2 million. The company will use the building, located at 9115 Activity Road, for the sale and service of Audi, Land Rover and Porsche vehicles. The 85,180-square-foot building was sold by Miramar Activity Corp. c/o American Realty Advisors.
Bryce Aberg of Cassidy Turley San Diego said that the acquisition marks the largest industrial deal in the Miramar submarket in 2012 by an owner-occupier. Cassidy Turley represented both parties in the deal. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
