WASHINGTON, DC-The State Oil Company of AzerbaiJan Republic (SOCAR) has bought the Heldref Publications Building, a 23,232-square-foot building near Dupont Circle, for $12 million. The oil company paid nearly $516.5 per square foot for the office building.
James Connelly of Lincoln Property Co. said that SOCAR is planning to use the Heldref Publications Building for its offices as well as related events.
