AUSTIN, TX-Dallas-based Velocis Fund LP has purchased two retail centers totaling over 350,000 square feet in Austin. The two properties, Springdale Shopping Center and West Woods Shopping Center, are priced at $60 million.
The H-E-B Grocery Co.-anchored Springdale Shopping Center is situated near State Highway 183 and the Mueller redevelopment in Northeast Austin. West Woods Shopping Center is located at the junction of Walsh Tarlton Lane and Bee Caves Road and is nearly 97% leased to tenants including Michaels, Petco and Stein Mart.
