PITTSBURGH-A Boston-based firm has recently sold the former Papercraft facility in O'Hara Township to another firm in its own portfolio. Public records showed that Boston-based Stag 11 O'Hara LLC has sold the industrial property measuring 900,000 square feet for $24,415,769 to Stag O'Hara LLC.
Stag 11 O'Hara and Stag O'Hara are separate funds of Boston-based STAG Capital Partners. The facility is fully leased to tenants such as American Beverage Corp., the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and Genco. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times .
