LOS ANGELES-Changes with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are at the top of mind of anyone involved in multifamily real estate. A recent panel here at RealShare Apartmentes 2012 discussed what new leadership at the GSEs means for the aparment sector. Jeff Weidell, president of NorthMarq, moderated the discussion, which included Paul Angle, Freddie Mac's regional managing director; and Phyllis Klein, vice president at Fannie Mae.
