DURHAM, NC-Greensboro-based Bell Partners Inc. has sold its apartment complex in Durham to Melville, New York-based Duck Pond Corporation. Durham County deed records revealed that an affiliate of DPC bought the Bell Southpoint complex for $29 million.

The 288-unit apartment community is situated close to the Streets of Southpoint Mall. Bell Partners bought the multifamily property in April 2003. The community comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The deal was closed on November 8. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
