HOPKINTON, RI-Philadelphia's Binswanger has closed the sale of an industrial facility in Ashaway, Rhode Island. Shamrock Associates LLC has sold the single-story manufacturing building spanning 170,000 square feet on Chase Hill Road.
The Providence Business News reported that Chase Hill Road Properties LLC, the buyer, was formed on September 24. The deal was completed in late October.
