VISTA, CA-Los Angeles-based M&A Gabaee has picked up a big-box retail building near state Route 78 in Vista for $8 million. According to a CBRE statement, the 95,194-square-foot retail building was 92% occupied by Burlington Coat Factory at the time of closing.
The building, located at 650 Sycamore Ave., was sold by Vista Associates. Burlington Coat Factory and Shadowridge Veterinary lease 84,084 square feet and 3,434 square feet, respectively.
