CINCINNATI-World Class Capital Group LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Austin, has purchased a self-storage portfolio in Ohio. The eight-property portfolio totaling roughly 450,000 square feet is located in the Dayton and Cincinnati markets in Ohio.
The portfolio contains over 3,400 self-storage units. World Class Capital has plans to rebrand the self-storage facilities under the Great Value Storage flagship brand. Financial details of the deal were not revealed. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
