
LONDON-Orchard Street Investment Management has bought 8/10 Old Jewry in the City of London for GBP 40.02 million. The company purchased the office building, situated near the Bank of England, for the St James Place funds.
The Old Jewry building was sold by European Property Fund PLC. The offices are leased to Argyle Investment Finance on a long-term basis. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised Orchard Street and Savills advised European Property Fund in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
