ABINGTON, MA-A South Carolina-based real property firm that controls 200,000 units in over 100 cities has purchased an upscale apartment complex in Abington. Greystar has paid $37.5 million to the Heritage Cos. for Abington Woods, a 16-building complex at 212 Bedford St.
The multifamily property, which sits on 36 acres, was originally built in 2006 as condominiums and was later transformed into 180 apartments.
