CARY, NC-The State Property Office in North Carolina is working to finalize a $15-million deal to sell state-owned land located beside the WakeMed Soccer Park, a soccer complex in Cary, to a home-building company that plans to develop nearly 400 new houses. Miami-based Lennar Corp. offered the highest bid for the 95-acre parcel.
