BEAVERCREEK, OH-Mills Development has unloaded a second structure this year to national investors. The Beavercreek-based develop has sold the Northrop Grumman building in Beavercreek to Griffin Capital Corp. for $16.4 million. This is the first investment in Dayton area for the California-based REIT.

The office building, located at 4065 Colonel Glenn Highway, is fully occupied by Northrop Grumman. Jeff Johnston of Colliers International brokered the deal on behalf of Mills Development. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
