NAPERVILLE, IL-A real estate firm based in Northbrook has purchased an office building in Naperville for about $13 million. In late October, an Arthur Goldner & Associates Inc. venture bought the 162,560-square-foot building at 40 Shuman Blvd. from a REIT supported by KBS Realty Advisors LLC of Newport Beach, California.
The purchase price equates to almost $80 per square foot. KBS paid $17.9 million for the building in 1999. The three-story building, called One Energy Center, is nearly 86% leased. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
