OVERLAND PARK, KS-Glenwood Place, a two-building office property in Overland Park, has come under new ownership. Lenexa-based Ryan Transportation Group, a group of trucking companies, bought the corporate office buildings at Metcalf Avenue and 93rd Street. The two office buildings comprise a total of 271,400 square feet.
Ryan Transportation will renovate Glenwood Place before occupying it in early 2013. The note on the buildings was held by Deutsche Bank. Brent Roberts and Bob Fagan marketed the building on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
