PARIS-Realy has bought Centrale Parc, a nine-building business park in Chatenay-Malabry, from Societe de la Tour Eiffel and GE Real Estate. The business park, which comprises 139,930 square feet of space, is situated between Parc de Sceaux and the Coulee Verte in the Paris region.
The business park is 93% leased to seven tenants. Realy is the real estate investment arm of Yam Invest. This is the first purchase for the Realy team in France. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
