
MINNEAPOLIS-Shorenstein Properties has acquired 33 South Sixth St., a 50-story office tower in Minneapolis, from Brookfield Office Properties Inc. The San Francisco-based company purchased the Target-anchored property for Shorenstein Realty Investors Ten, LP.
The financial details of the deal were not revealed, but market sources put the purchase price at $205.5 million.
