ROCHESTER, NY-Sibley Redevelopment Limited Partnership, a subsidiary of WinnDevelopment, has bought the Sibley Building, a 12-story commercial building in downtown Rochester's central business district. The 1,085,000-square-foot building was sold by Rochwil Associates LP, an affiliate of Wilmorite Properties Inc.
Attorney Gerard DiMarco in Rochester partnered with Boston-based WinnDevelopment on the acquisition. The building, situated at 228 Main St., will be renovated to include retail space, office and apartment units.
