NEW YORK CITY-Yeshiva University has sold an approximately 18,000-square-foot building on Second Avenue and East 34th Street. The university sold 237-241 E. 34th St. for $15.5 million, or about $314 per square foot.

The Murray Hill site is zoned for nearly 50,000 square feet of development. John Ciraulo of Massey Knakal Realty Services said that the new owner will build dormitory housing on the East 34th Street site for students.
