SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The health care system is moving from a hospital-based environment to more of an ambulatory setting.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-A change from an hospital-based setting to an ambulatory environment is going to mean less beds in the medical office commercial real estate sector, explains Ross Caulum, senior director of corporate real estate at Scripps Health. He was here at the recent RealShare Medical Office conference and spoke with Real Estate Forum's Sule Aygoren Carranzza.
