DALLAS-Houston-based Boxer Property has purchased two office buildings totaling over 300,000 square feet in the Dallas area. The firm bought Rochelle Park, an 80,148-square-foot building in Las Colinas, and Bank of America Tower, a 225,445-square-foot tower in Plano. Rochelle Park at 600 E. John Carpenter Fwy. is 80% leased and Bank of America Tower at 101 E. Park Blvd. is 81% leased.
