MIAMI-Flagler First Condominiums has sold two fully-leased retail condos in downtown Miami for $2.52 million. The two retail units, located on the ground floor of the Flagler First Building, have 5,972 square feet of space and they are leased to Radio Shack and Subway.
The Flagler First Building was constructed in 1923 and refurbished in 2008. The retail units are located at the junction of First Street and Flagler Avenue. Metro 1 Commercial represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
