EDINBURGH-A joint venture between M7 Real Estate and Europa Fund III, the Light Industrial Property Partnership (LIPP), has acquired six estates for approximately GBP 12.6 million. The properties include South Gyle in Edinburgh; Cromwell Trading Estate in Stockport; Ashmount Business Park in Swansea; Halifax Industrial Estate in Halifax; Bilton Industrial Estate in Birmingham's Kings Norton area; and Bracknell Business Centre in Bracknell.
