ALBUQUERQUE-Santa Fe-based Rosemont Realty LLC has purchased Pinetree Corporate Center, a five-building, 204,229-square-foot office complex in the Duke City. The five multistory buildings are located at 4501 Indian School Road NE. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Pinetree Corporate Center is 80% leased to various tenants, including Brookline College, National American University, New Mexico State University, Webster University and The Manuel Lujan Agencies. It was developed between 1975 and 1980. For the full story, go to New Mexico Business Weekly .
