CHICAGO-A venture of Shiner Capital Partners LLC, based in Wilmette, has recently sold a Walgreens store in Chicago for approximately $7 million. The venture sold the 14,490-square-foot store, located at 7901 S. Western Ave., to an affiliate of Chin-Hsiang Co. Ltd. of Cupertino, California.
County records revealed that the Shiner venture bought the retail property in September 2011 for $5.7 million. Chad Firsel and Jordan Kaufman from Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc., based in Chicago, brokered the deal on behalf of Shiner. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
