CHARLOTTE, NC-Singh Development, through an affiliate, has purchased 13.3 acres of land along Providence Road in Charlotte with plans to build its first senior housing community there. The company acquired the land for $3.5 million from the Matthews family.
The new senior living facility will be called Waltonwood Providence. Singh Development has plans to open the community in late 2014. Thomas B. "Skeet" Harris of T.B. Harris Jr. & Associates handled the sale on behalf of the Matthews family. For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal .
