BALTIMORE-A Providence, Rhode Island-based hotel group has purchased the Doubletree Baltimore BWI Airport Hotel, a seven-story property in Linthicum. Since 2000, Procaccianti has managed the 260-room hotel and rebranded it to Doubletree from Holiday Inn. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The hotel, located at 890 Elkridge Landing Road, includes a 10,163-square-foot meeting space. It is Procaccianti's second hotel acquisition this year in Greater Baltimore. The Doubletree was sold by Atlanta-based Lodgian Inc. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
