NEW YORK CITY-Renaissance Jewelry New York, doing business as Verigold Jewelry, has signed an 11,735-square-foot lease on the 6th floor of 3 E. 54th Street owned by Charles S. Cohen. The asking rent for the building space is $55 per square foot. Verigold Jewelry will relocate from 501 Madison to the new location in the first quarter.
In the deal, Savitt Partners' Michael Dubin and Harlan Cygielman represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield's David Glassman and Bruce Mosler represented the owner with Cohen's in-house team. For the full story, go to New York Post .
