EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – CBRE has orchestrated the leasing of the entire 19th floor of Two Tower Center Boulevard here for a new executive suite and conference center to be operated by Atrium Executive Center.
Atrium, which caters to office and business needs of executive managers, leased 25,330 feet.
“Atrium wanted to be in a true class-A building to offer its clients access to exceptional amenities,” said Joseph Sarno, the CBRE executive president who headed the time working on behalf of the landlord. “This building offers its clients a top-of-the-market amenity package."
He said that the conference center was part of the plans to extend amenities at the tower. “Existing tenants will have access to it,” said Sarno, “and it makes the building even more desirable to future tenants.”
Jeremy Neuer and Adam Englander also worked on the transaction on behalf of the landlord. Joe Sklencar of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
Two Tower Center is a 400,000-square-building located at the intersection of Route 18 and the New Jersey Turnpike in East Brunswick. The site provides easy access to Route 1, one of the area’s main thoroughfares.
The building is part of a three-building complex with two 24-story office towers and a 12-story, 405-room Hilton Hotel.
CBRE has its central New Jersey office in the complex. Other tenants include PNC Bank, Wipro Technologies, SorinRand, LS Power.
The office property offers a full-service cafeteria, 24-hour security, on-site management, and a seven-story covered parking garage. The adjacent Hilton has a fitness center, two restaurants, and a conference center.
The complex is situated two minutes from downtown New Brunswick, close to a number of corporate office parks and Fortune 500 company headquarters. Newark Liberty International Airport is 20 minutes away.
