MAGNOLIA, TX-In an attempt to meet growing demand and to expand manufacturing capabilities, Complete Drilling Solutions LLC has leased 97,000 square feet in an industrial facility in Magnolia, TS, approximately 50 miles north of downtown Houston. CDS struck the deal with Florida landlord Silverstein Enterprises in signing the long-term deal, and has already moved into the facility.
CDS, a drilling rig and equipment design and manufacturing company, selected the 9.4-acre site at 5434 Farm-to-Market 1488 because there are many commercial real estate developments underway for energy related companies. One of the major developments is a 385-acre corporate campus being built in the nearby Woodlands for Exxon Mobil.
The industrial property was built in 1998, expanded in 2007 and offers
- 3,000 square feet of office space
- 8,000 square feet of shop space
- 86,000 SF square feet of warehouse/manufacturing space
- Three five-ton bridge cranes
- One three-ton bridge crane
- Approximately 22’ hook heights
- 10 grade level doors
- Five truck docks
CDS has also added two new 10-ton bridge cranes.
