PARIS-Host Hotels & Resorts has purchased five hotels comprising 1,733 rooms in Paris and Amsterdam for roughly EUR 440 million from Whitehall. The company partially financed the acquisition with a EUR 250-million loan, which has an interest rate of roughly 4.4%.
