
PEMBROKE PINES, FL-Public records revealed that a subsidiary of Orlando-based ZOM has purchased more than 200 apartment units at the Marquesa community in Pembroke Pines for $28.25 million. Samuel C. Stephens, Chief Investment Officer of ZOM, inked for a $20-million acquisition loan.
An affiliate of The Related Group was the seller. The Marquesa property is located at 145 SW 117th Terrace, on the south side of the Pembroke Lakes Mall. ZRS Management is managing the property. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
